The Birmingham area will soon lose its final location of a popular Italian ice chain. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Chelsea has announced it will close permanently on January 21, 2026.

The Chelsea shop shared the news in a recent post on social media, thanking customers for their support and reflecting on the memories made at the location. The announcement did not include a reason for the closure.
With the Chelsea store’s closing, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will no longer operate any locations in the Birmingham metropolitan area.
