A new destination for local drinks and dining has arrived in the Magic City. All Good Beverage Co., a craft-beverage production hub and community gathering spot, is now open on the Hugh Kaul Trail section of Birmingham’s Red Rock Trail System.
From Ghost Train to Good People’s New Venture
The site at 3501 1st Ave. S., once home to Ghost Train Brewing, was purchased in July 2025 for $5.2 million by Good People Brewing Co. after Ghost Train’s 2024 bankruptcy. The new owners envision All Good as a center for collaboration and innovation in the beverage scene.

All Good offers contract brewing and packaging services for local producers, plus an on-site tasting room serving craft beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Visitors can enjoy a restaurant Trail Magic Sandwich Shop & Supply along with retail snacks, ice cream, and a spacious event area for live music, comedy, and private gatherings.
