A growing Birmingham coffee brand is celebrating its expansion with a Valentine’s Day launch party in Five Points South.
Bandido Coffee Co. opens larger Five Points space
After strong momentum since its 2024 debut, Bandido Coffee Co. is expanding into a larger location at 1101 20th St. S. in Five Points South.
The move marks a major milestone for the locally owned coffee shop, which has quickly built a loyal following for its distinct vibe and specialty drinks. Now, the new space gives the brand room to grow and host more community events.
Valentine’s Day launch party details
Bandido will host its “Bandido Enamorado” launch party on Feb. 14 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Valentine’s Day celebration promises coffee with character, a relaxed atmosphere, and curated experiences throughout the afternoon.
In addition to drinks, guests can expect low-fi tech house music from XLLST RXKY. Organizers are encouraging the community to “pull up and fall in love” with the new space.
Vintage pop-up and music set the tone
The event will also feature a surprise vintage pop-up from Collected Vintage, offering thoughtfully curated women’s and men’s clothing. Because of the mix of coffee, music, and fashion, the afternoon aims to blend culture and community in one setting.
With a new address and a festive launch planned, Bandido Coffee Co. is positioning its Five Points expansion as both a celebration and a fresh chapter.
