Baskin-Robbins coming soon to Inverness Corners

Baskin-Robbins is bringing its iconic scoops to Inverness Corners, adding another dessert stop along the busy U.S. Highway 280 corridor in Hoover.

A sweet addition to Inverness Corners

The new Baskin-Robbins will be located at the intersection of Highway 280 and Valleydale Road inside Inverness Corners.

Known for its rotating lineup of 31 flavors, the shop will offer classic favorites alongside seasonal and limited-time ice cream creations, making it an easy stop during errands, dinner plans or a casual night out.

What’s nearby at the shopping center

Inverness Corners is already a popular retail and dining hub, home to spots like Winn-Dixie, Mellow Mushroom, On Tap, Kohl’s and Sephora. The new Baskin-Robbins will sit between Mellow Mushroom and Kyuramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant that opened last year, giving visitors both savory and sweet options in one convenient stop.

A brand built on celebrating the everyday

Founded in 1945, Baskin-Robbins is known for turning small moments into celebrations with ice cream, sundaes, drinks and custom cakes. With locally owned and operated shops across the country, the Inverness Corners location will continue that tradition—offering plenty of “yay-worthy” scoops for everyday wins, big or small.
