A Birmingham-based healthcare data and quality improvement company will play a role in a major federal contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Partnership on IHT 2.0 Contract

J.L. Morgan & Associates, in partnership with Virginia-based ReefPoint Group, has been awarded a position on the department’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) 2.0 contract. The agreement spans 10 years and is valued at $14 billion.

Focus on Healthcare Quality

Under the contract, J.L. Morgan & Associates will support initiatives such as healthcare quality measurement, survey operations, patient experience analytics, and strategic communications. The work is designed to enhance how the VA delivers care to veterans nationwide.

Broad Collaboration for Better Outcomes

The IHT 2.0 program brings together a mix of small businesses, large firms, nonprofit organizations, and academic institutions. Its goals include advancing value-based healthcare planning, lowering readmission rates, and improving overall patient satisfaction.
