Hilton Birmingham Downtown at UAB has a new dining option. Blazer’s Grill, located at 808 20th St. S., is now serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the heart of the city’s medical district.

The restaurant offers a full range of dishes, including pizza, pasta, soups, salads, seafood, and steak for dinner, alongside cocktails. Breakfast options include omelets, scrambles, breakfast burritos, and regional favorites like French toast and chicken biscuits with gravy. Guests can also enjoy bar snacks, sandwiches, tacos, and specialty items throughout the day.
Chef with local roots and broad experience
Birmingham native Bryan Williams leads the kitchen. With a 24-year career spanning Memphis and Houston, Williams brings expertise in Asian, Southern, and French cuisine to the hotel’s dining concept.
Convenient hours and vibrant atmosphere
Blazer’s Grill is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and weekends until 11 a.m. Lunch runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, while dinner and bar service are available from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., with a limited menu during early and late hours. The restaurant emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere designed to appeal to hotel guests and Birmingham residents alike.
Blazer’s Grill represents the latest chapter in the Hilton’s more than 50-year history of rotating dining concepts, continuing the tradition of offering quality, full-service dining in downtown Birmingham.
