Corporate Environments, an Atlanta-based, minority-owned commercial furniture dealer, is bringing its first Alabama showroom to Birmingham. The company will join the growing list of businesses at Urban Supply in Parkside, a development that continues to redefine downtown as a destination for work, dining, and entertainment.

Known for helping companies design and reimagine their offices, Corporate Environments works across industries to provide modern, functional, and collaborative workplace solutions. The Birmingham location marks the company’s expansion into Alabama, offering local businesses direct access to its expertise in workspace transformation.
“Urban Supply continues to attract diverse, experience-driven tenants,” said Cooper Smith, Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners. “The momentum we’re seeing reflects the project’s growing role as a destination in the Parkside District.”
Urban Supply’s Growing Tenant List
Urban Supply continues to grow as one of Birmingham’s most dynamic lifestyle hubs, bringing together restaurants, entertainment, and workspaces in the Parkside district.
Alongside the upcoming Corporate Environments showroom, tenants include De Nada Mexican Restaurant, a new concept from the family behind Hacienda Mexican Grill set to open in 2026; Dogtopia, a dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility that opened in October 2024; THRIVE Coworking, a hybrid workspace provider that launched in February 2025; Fairway Social, a sports bar and entertainment venue that opened in July 2025; and The Lodge, a hidden speakeasy located beneath Fairway Social that debuted the same month.
Other popular additions include Up-Down Arcade Bar, a retro gaming and bar experience with outdoor seating that opened in April 2025, and Leafly Boba Bar, a Huntsville-based tea shop that introduced its second Alabama location in March 2025.
With each new addition, Urban Supply strengthens its reputation as a walkable, mixed-use district that blends work, play, and community in Birmingham’s Parkside neighborhood.
