Luca & Lucy, the newest addition to Chelsea’s Valley Post development, is ready to serve Italian-American comfort with flair.
A New Italian-American Gem for Hwy. 280
The restaurant is the “little sister” to the beloved Luca Lagotto in Homewood and operates under Chefs Rita Bernhardt and Paul Yeck. Their vision blends approachable nostalgia with elevated flavors, giving diners a menu filled with bold pizzas and hearty red-sauce dishes reminiscent of classic East Coast Italian-American eateries.
Big Pizzas, Red Sauce, and Familiar Comfort
Luca & Lucy stands out for its oversized pizzas and dishes built around rich tomato sauces, fresh ingredients, and a playful nod to traditional recipes. The restaurant aims to deliver comfort food with a chef-driven twist, creating a family-friendly space designed for weeknight dinners and relaxed weekends.
Hours and What to Expect When You Visit
The new restaurant serves dinner seven days a week, opening daily at 4 p.m. It closes at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and stays open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Its arrival completes another key piece of the Valley Post lineup, joining Rodney Scott BBQ, Hero Diner, and Little Donkey as part of the fast-growing Hwy. 280 destination.
