Magnolia Soap & Bath Company is bringing its Southern-inspired bath and body products to Vestavia City Center, with plans to open a new storefront this spring. The Mississippi-based brand, which operates more than 40 locations nationwide, announced the upcoming Vestavia opening through Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors.
When the Vestavia location will open
The new Magnolia Soap & Bath Company store is expected to open in March, according to the retail team overseeing Vestavia City Center. The shop will be located at 790 Montgomery Highway, Suite 120, adding another specialty retailer to the growing mixed-use development.
Magnolia Soap’s presence in Alabama
With the Vestavia City Center opening, Magnolia Soap & Bath Company will operate seven locations across Alabama. The closest current location to Birmingham is in Trussville, while a former Five Points South shop has since closed. The Vestavia store will give shoppers in the Birmingham metro area a new, closer option.
What shoppers can expect
Founded in Mississippi in 2016, Magnolia Soap & Bath Company began as a small-batch operation focused on gentle, skin-friendly products. Today, the brand offers a wide range of plant-based soaps, bath and beauty items made with domestically sourced ingredients and phthalate-free fragrances. The product lineup includes hand-poured soaps, lotions, hair care bars, bath bombs, candles and more, positioning the store as a locally crafted alternative to national bath and body chains.
