Disc golf continues to gain momentum in the Birmingham area, and now enthusiasts have two brand-new courses to add to their rotation. Whether you’re a casual player or a seasoned competitor, both Helena and Pelham have just unveiled fresh layouts that are worth checking out.
New Course in Helena
Helena recently debuted a 9-hole course at Joe Tucker Park, weaving through the back of the property. Players will find a mix of short technical shots, a few long 300+ foot throws, and scenic elevation changes that make for both a workout and a fun round.
? Joe Tucker Park – 230 Tucker Rd, Helena, AL 35080
New Course in Pelham
Pelham has officially joined the disc golf community with its first-ever course, located at Coker Park. This 10-hole layout features wooded fairways, water elements, and challenges suited for both beginners and experienced players. The course is already playable, with additional improvements coming soon.
