Co-owner Chris Groban said the space isn’t a traditional spa; instead, it provides a place for athletes, parents, and professionals to reset physically and mentally. The goal is to help visitors leave feeling stronger, more focused, and connected.
Heat, Cold, and Contrast Therapy
The center features a Finnish sauna heated to 185 degrees and a cold plunge tub at 46 degrees. Visitors cycle between hot and cold sessions for improved circulation, reduced soreness, enhanced recovery, and stress relief. A recovery lounge allows guests to stretch, read, or socialize, blending wellness with community engagement.
Flexible Plans and Accessible Wellness
R3 Contrast offers a variety of options, including an unlimited monthly plan and a 5-session pass. Online booking simplifies access, and the first session is free. Hours range from early morning to late evening, accommodating busy schedules. The space serves everyone from high performers and weekend warriors to parents and wellness beginners, emphasizing approachable, science-backed recovery practices.
