REV Birmingham invites public to shape five-year downtown revitalization plan

REV Birmingham is calling on residents, business owners, and visitors to share their ideas for the future of downtown Birmingham.

Shaping the Next Five Years

The organization has launched a public survey as part of a strategic planning process with the Downtown BHM Business Improvement District (BID). The goal is to identify priorities and guide improvements for the next five years.

Who They Are and What They Do

As a nonprofit, REV Birmingham works to create a more vibrant and welcoming downtown. Under a contract with the Downtown BHM BID, the group provides a range of services and administrative support. These efforts include the CAP Clean and Safe Program, beautification projects, small business recruitment and support, marketing initiatives, downtown activations, as well as data collection and research.

How the Community Can Get Involved

This planning process gives the community a chance to help shape downtown’s future. By participating in the survey, residents can share feedback that will influence decisions on safety, cleanliness, business growth, and public spaces.
