Still Johnson Interiors opens new studio in English Village

Still Johnson Interiors has completed its move from Morris Avenue to a new storefront in Mountain Brook’s English Village, opening its doors at the start of the new year.

The design studio is now located at 1903 Cahaba Road, joining a well-established stretch of shops and restaurants that includes Continental Bakery, Chez Lulu and Le Weekend. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in partnership with the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce.

 

Still Johnson’s former space at 2024 Morris Avenue is now home to Burrow & Bloom, a children’s play village and event venue that opened in November.

The studio’s design style blends cozy, refined interiors with a midcentury influence.

What shoppers can expect

The English Village shop offers a curated selection of furnishings and decor, including lamps, tables, chairs, wall art and tableware. The studio also features collaborations with regional makers, including Birmingham-based ceramic company Civil Stoneware.

 

Still Johnson joins a design-focused neighborhood that includes Henhouse Antiques, Tammy Connor Interior Design, Jeffrey Dungan Architects and Prints Charming Soho.
