Urban Cookhouse has opened a new restaurant in Hoover’s Stadium Trace Village, marking the company’s fifth location in the Birmingham metro area and its tenth overall.
New Hoover location details
The restaurant opened Monday, Jan. 19, in a 3,200-square-foot space at 1017 Marble Terrace, between Hero Doughnuts and Battle Republic. The space was previously planned for a Rodney Scott’s BBQ location.
This opening expands Urban Cookhouse’s presence in the southern Birmingham suburbs and adds another dining option to Stadium Trace Village, a growing mixed-use development in Hoover.
