Birmingham Wellness Massage has officially opened a new location in Homewood, expanding its footprint in the Birmingham area with a fourth studio focused on personalized therapeutic care.
A new Homewood location opens its doors
The Homewood Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Birmingham Wellness Massage to 16th Avenue South, celebrating the opening alongside community members and local business leaders.
The new studio is located at 2120 16th Ave. S. in Homewood and marks the company’s fourth Birmingham-area location, joining existing studios serving clients across the metro.
What Birmingham Wellness Massage offers
Known for its customized, therapeutic approach, Birmingham Wellness Massage provides a wide range of services tailored to individual needs.
Offerings include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, and couples massage, along with off-site chair massage services for businesses and events. Pain relief massage remains the most frequently booked service, reflecting the company’s focus on addressing both acute and chronic issues.
A growing wellness brand rooted in the community
Founded in 2015 by Brice Jackson, Birmingham Wellness Massage has steadily grown from a one-person practice into a multi-location business. Jackson, a former educator turned licensed massage therapist, built the company around the belief that massage therapy is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle—not a luxury.
With its Homewood opening, the business continues its mission of providing accessible, high-quality care while supporting both clients and therapists throughout the Birmingham community.
