Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United is putting its longtime Birmingham campus on the market as the company prepares to relocate to a new corporate headquarters.
A 47-year home
The 39-acre East Lake Boulevard campus has served Coca-Cola United since 1979, providing both office and industrial space. The property includes roughly 350,000 square feet and is located near Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.
Plans for a new headquarters
The new $330 million campus in the Kingston community will house the company’s corporate offices and sales center. The move is expected to retain over 750 jobs and create up to 50 new positions. Completion is scheduled for later this year.
Opportunity for buyers
Graham & Co. is listing the property, highlighting its infrastructure, size, and prime location near major transportation routes. The East Lake campus is seen as an attractive option for industrial, logistics, or corporate users.
