Bagel lovers have a new breakfast and lunch destination as Einstein Bros. Bagels opens its latest Alabama location in Trussville.
New Restaurant Opens in Trussville
The new Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant is now serving customers at 1430 Gadsden Highway, Suite 100. The location occupies a building that previously housed Starbucks.
Trussville Mayor Ben Short welcomed the business with a social media post, encouraging residents to stop by and support the new addition. The opening adds another dining option for locals looking for fresh bagels, sandwiches, and coffee.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Fresh-Baked Favorites
Einstein Bros. Bagels is one of the largest bagel franchise chains in the United States. Since its founding in 1995, the company has built a menu that goes beyond bagels to include breakfast sandwiches, lunch selections, baked treats, and specialty coffee and tea beverages.
Customers can choose from a variety of signature sandwiches. Popular menu items include the Chorizo Sunrise Egg, Texas Brisket Egg, Hot Honey Nova Lox, and Avocado Veg Out sandwiches. The restaurant also offers a selection of freshly baked bagels with spreads and other grab-and-go breakfast options.
Expanding Its Alabama Presence
The Trussville restaurant becomes the company’s ninth location in Alabama. It also strengthens the brand’s presence in the Birmingham metro area, where three locations now operate.
Beyond Birmingham, Einstein Bros. Bagels also serves customers in Mobile, Auburn, Hoover, Montevallo, and Troy. The newest location gives Trussville residents another convenient choice for breakfast, lunch, or a quick coffee stop.
