Copper Star Coffee Co. opened in July 2026 at the Cedars Place Shopping Center. The shop is located near Pure Barre and Montgomery Highway.
The family-owned business focuses on a smaller menu with an emphasis on quality. Its offerings include handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, and smoothies.
Customers can also order made-to-order paninis. For those looking for something sweet, the menu includes Belgian liege waffles and ice cream.

The menu features several options for breakfast, lunch, and a quick coffee break. Smoothie choices include a tropical blend made with mango and pineapple.
Coffee fans can choose from drinks such as cappuccinos and other espresso-based options. The food menu also includes a chicken pesto panini.
