Hoover will soon welcome Koi Revolving Sushi Bar, a new dining concept bringing conveyor-belt sushi to the Birmingham area.
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar Coming to Riverchase Galleria
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar is preparing to open at Riverchase Galleria in Hoover. The restaurant will introduce a revolving sushi experience to the local dining scene.
The new restaurant will occupy space on the mall’s second floor. It will take over the former Ruby Tuesday location near Cindy’s Cinnamon Rolls and Hollister Co.
The concept allows diners to select sushi as it travels around a revolving conveyor-style counter. As a result, guests can browse different dishes and choose items as they pass by.
Construction Underway at the Hoover Location
Construction is currently underway at the Riverchase Galleria location. However, the restaurant has not announced an official opening date.
The new location will be at 2000 Galleria Circle, Hoover, AL 35244. Its arrival will give Birmingham-area diners another option for a casual and interactive meal.
Meanwhile, Koi Revolving Sushi Bar’s opening is expected to bring a new format to the local restaurant scene. The conveyor-style setup could also offer a different way for diners to experience sushi.
New Dining Option Coming to Birmingham’s Suburbs
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar will add another food and entertainment option to Riverchase Galleria. The mall already features a mix of restaurants, retailers, and entertainment destinations.
