A popular escape room franchise is bringing immersive experiences to Birmingham’s The Summit.
Franchise Expands to Birmingham
The Escape Game, with more than 50 locations across 22 states and D.C., is planning a new site at 300 Summit Blvd., Suite 102. The company has not announced an opening date. According to its website, the new location will be “right where the action is,” close to restaurants and retail.
Immersive Entertainment for All Ages
Known as the “Disney World of Escape Rooms,” The Escape Game designs themed experiences for players of all ages. The franchise partners with brands, celebrities, and influencers to create one-of-a-kind immersive games. In addition to traditional escape rooms, the site will include Great Big Game Show, featuring mini-games with live hosts, trivia, strategy, and speed challenges.
A Big Year for The Summit
2025 has seen several new additions to The Summit, including Anthropologie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Solidcore, Alo Yoga, and the reopening of Lululemon. The Escape Game aims to add an interactive entertainment option to complement the mall’s growing mix of shopping and dining destinations.
