“Vegetarian” is likely an uncommon term in this area. After some awkward conversation and confusion, I avoided the appealing buffet and opted for the vegetable delight. It was surprisingly good, though the sauce was a bit too starchy, lacking hot sauce and chopsticks. The broccoli had a slight crispness, and it was pleasing to not find any animal products in the food.
