The ono poke

Ono Poke is a fast-casual dining establishment that specializes in customizable poke bowls, where patrons can create their own dishes using seasoned raw fish. The owner, Vinh Tran, has always been passionate about food and has longed to open his own restaurant. Inspired by a Hawaiian snack from his childhood, Vinh brings the concept of poke—chunks of fish cut into cubes—to his eatery.
