Onelife Fitness is continuing its expansion in Alabama with plans to open a new fitness center in Hoover.
Third Alabama Location Coming Soon
The Virginia-based fitness chain is building its third Alabama location at 5569 Grove Boulevard in The Grove shopping development. According to the company, the new facility will span approximately 65,000 square feet and represent a $19 million investment.
The Hoover location follows the opening of the company’s first Alabama gym in McCalla in late 2025. Another location is also planned for the Lee Branch area, giving the brand a growing presence across the Birmingham metro.
Modern Amenities for Every Fitness Level
The new Onelife Fitness will offer a wide range of amenities designed for beginners and experienced gym members alike. Planned features include an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, cardio and strength training equipment, group exercise classes, a mind and body studio, pickleball courts, and a Kids Club for families.
The combination of fitness equipment, wellness spaces, and recreational amenities aims to create a full-service health club experience under one roof.
Continued Growth in the Birmingham Area
With multiple locations opening across the region, Onelife Fitness is expanding its footprint in one of Alabama’s fastest-growing markets. The Hoover facility will provide another convenient option for residents looking for a modern fitness center with extensive amenities.
The company has not announced an official opening date, but the Hoover gym is expected to become one of the newest additions to The Grove development.
