Birmingham’s Coca-Cola Amphitheater is hinting at a major 2026 concert from a fan-favorite performer with a four-decade following.
“Weird Al” Signals a 2026 Tour Stop
The venue’s Facebook page shared an image of “Weird Al” Yankovic promoting a stop on his upcoming “Bigger and Weirder” tour. The longtime entertainer is coming off a massive year, performing for more than 500,000 fans across 75 shows in 67 cities.
Known for his comedic parodies, Yankovic has built a multigenerational audience with hits like Eat It, Fat, Like a Surgeon, Another One Rides the Bus, Polka Face, and Amish Paradise. Additional tour details will be released on his official website.
A Big Moment for the New Amphitheater
The Coca-Cola Amphitheater opened this summer after a $46 million investment and offers seating for 9,300 attendees. The venue sits at 2350 15th Ave. N. and continues to build its 2026 lineup as it introduces itself to Birmingham’s live entertainment scene.
Fans Await Full Tour Details
With the teaser now public, local fans are watching closely for confirmed dates and ticket information. The announcement marks one of the first major hints at next year’s programming and adds momentum to the amphitheater’s debut season.
