Sweet Caroline’s Pizzeria & Creamery officially opened in Leeds on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025. The new location combines pizza and ice cream in one spot, expanding the popular Gardendale brand.
Menu Offers Pizza, Ice Cream, and More
Co-owner Colby King said the Leeds location offers a slightly different vibe than the original Gardendale shop. Guests can enjoy New York-style pizza, wings, salads, sandwiches, and the signature Sweet Caroline’s ice cream.
Location and Hours
The new restaurant is located at 8118 Parkway Drive. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
