Panera Bread has officially opened its new Alabaster location, adding another restaurant to the growing Shoppes at District 31 shopping center.
New Panera Bread Opens in Alabaster
The new Panera Bread is now welcoming customers at 725 1st Street South, Building S33, Suite 3301 in Alabaster. The restaurant offers several ways for customers to enjoy their meals, including indoor seating, a patio area, and a drive-thru for those looking for a convenient option.
The new location adds another national restaurant brand to the expanding District 31 development, which continues to bring new dining and retail options to the Alabaster area.
More New Businesses Coming to District 31
Panera Bread is part of a larger wave of openings at the shopping center. District 31 has also welcomed businesses such as Nothing Bundt Cakes and First Watch, while additional restaurants are expected to join the development.
Shake Shack and Tropical Smoothie are among the businesses coming to the area. Tropical Smoothie is scheduled to open Friday, August 14, giving Alabaster residents another new dining option just days after Panera’s opening.

The new Alabaster restaurant offers a broad menu covering breakfast, bakery items, sandwiches, salads, soups, mac and cheese, beverages, and sides.
Breakfast choices include egg sandwiches, frittatas, soufflés, parfaits, fruit, and oatmeal, while the bakery selection provides options for customers looking for something sweet or a quick bite.

The new Panera Bread is located at 725 1st Street South, Building S33, Suite 3301, Alabaster, AL 35007. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
With its new location, Panera adds another breakfast, lunch, and dinner option to District 31 as the Alabaster shopping center continues to expand.
